"I'm a vault"
This is a phrase I use often. Someone will be concerned they've shared too much information so I assure them that I'm trustworthy. What comes in doesn't come out.
Well, I'm coming to realize that while this is completely true when it comes to other people's information when it comes to my own I spill all over...

What are you spilling all over the place?
Kramer: Look, I can't say anything. You know, the guy told me the stuff in confidence, I'd be betraying a friend.
Jerry: Well you can't just mention it and then not tell me.
Kramer: Alright. I'll tell you but you can't say anything to him.
Jerry: I'm not saying anything, I'm putting it in the vault, I'm locking the vault, it's a vault!
